Very poorly - When the A/C is out in Phoenix, it is an urgent problem!
Description of Work: K-C Cooling was referred by American Home Services for home warranty work. They were supposed to call within 24 hours, but did not. Two follow-up calls through AHS resulted only in unfulfilled promises to call. Angie's List found that they have a BBB rating of "F" with many unresolved complaints! Beware! I have insisted that AHS transfer my service request to another service provider.

I have been very pleased with them. There was a small problem that came up and they came real quick to get here and take care of it for me. They were good at staying in touch to be sure I was completely satisfied. The unit works good and they did a nice job. They were clean when they arrived and just were real caring about me being pleased.
Description of Work: K-C Cooling installed a brand new 3.5 ton air conditioner unit and removed the old one.

ROD'S WORK COMPREHENSIVE AND PROFESSIONAL, ANY ISSUES THAT AROSE WERE PROMPTLY RESOLVED. WE WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND KC COOLING'S SERVICE. THE 'B' FOR QUALITY WAS A SLIGHT WATER LEAK, WHICH WAS FIXED THE NEXT DAY BY ROD.
Description of Work: VENTED AN ADDITION TO MY HOME AND REMOVED/CAPPED AN EVAPORATIVE UNIT.
