+ -1 moreIt went great! I called very last minute because we had family coming in that night and they were able to squeeze us in. The house looked beautiful one they were done and we couldn't be happier. We are contacting them so that we can schedule a monthly service.

Description of Work: I contacted Mary at JCS two days prior to them coming out. I needed a complete Spring Cleaning as I was hosting a party on Sunday and needed my house cleaned from top to bottom....It had been over a year since our house was "really" cleaned as we were doing it ourselves and failing miserably... Mary said no problem we will get you all squared away...They were the only company (I contacted probably 8) that could schedule me in so quickly and were priced actually below many of the other companies I called. On Saturday 3 women showed up to my house within 15 minutes of the desired.scheduled start time and we walked my house (was their 1st visit etc.) they reviewed what their plan of action was going to be then literally divided and conquered!! My house is about 2800sqft and in 4 hours they literally cleaned top to bottom and my house looked model home 'esk. I even left for 90 minutes to go run errands and a little nervous as with any new vendor I came back and they were still in high gear and like a machine. Nothing was broken or taken or anything as has happened to some of us I;m sure but again nothing but an immaculate home was there with everything in it....I have two teenage boys and a 90 lb dog and they make the mess of an entire football team so you can imagine the mess even with us cleaning ourselves they were facing... I will continue to use Mary and her team there at JCS on a bi-weekly basis and would highly recommend if you are looking for a reliable, easy to work with and dependable house cleaning service company to give them a try....

+ -1 moreI have been using Johnson's Home Cleaning for three years. They have become part of my life, I don't think I could function with out the team coming every two weeks. The day before your appointment, Mary will call you to give a reminder. This is very helpful for me. The next day 2 or 3 team members will arrive punctually. They are quiet and get right to work. If you are in their way they will work around you. They won't touch the paperwork on your desk. They will climb to dust the highest shelf. If I have a special request they do it without question. They are very respectful and professional. For the first two years we couldn't speak because of the language barrier. Then I had a Spanish speaking friend who introduced us. Now we chat a little bit more. The crew (Maria and Rocio) are learning English and can usually understand what I am trying to convey.

+ -1 moreThe service is perfect. They come every third Thursday of the month. I like Lisa who is the lady I had contact with. She is tops. She is great to work with. She answered all my questions. She was very prompt when I asked a question; she was right there. She made me feel very confident about her and her services. I was very pleased so now they come every month. The pricing is very nice. She said what it was going to be and that's what it is. I have not had one complaint about her.

Description of Work: Everything was dusted. Mirrors were cleaned. The bathrooms were cleaned completely-sinks, water closet, showers, and floor. Carpets were vacuumed. Kitchen was cleaned.

+ -1 moreI have been using Johsston's Home Cleaning for 2 years. I've never had a problem. If you use her services, expect a crew of 2 hispanic, middle aged ladies (minimal to moderate english speaking) to show up at your door equiped with everything they need to do a great job. They are fast, efficient and are flexible to work around you. I don't ever worry about theft. Lisa, the owner is wonderful. Mary will contact you the day before to schedule a specific arrival time. Sometimes they don't show up on time but usually pretty good.
