+ -1 moreJohn is a great electrician. Many years of experience - has good ideas to help trouble-shoot any electrical issues. House took some time to go through, but very satisfied with results.
Description of Work: Purchased new rental - put in new lights, went through entire house and verified electricity up to code. - installed new canned lights in kitchen - installed 5 new ceiling fans - added new GPC designated line in both bathrooms - troubleshooting pool pump electrical issues

Description of Work: Ceiling fan light was blinking - John was able to triage and figure out the fan had a dimmer on it that was interfering with the dimmer switch on the wall...Have used him in the past with rental property issues. He is very thorough, concerned about safety, and has been an electrician for over 40 years. A Vietnam veteran, i always call him for any electoral issues.
