Would've liked to use this company but the lady that answered the phone was such a rude and condescending a___, I couldn't give them the business in good conscience. Good luck attracting customers with that attitude at the front line.

My a/c stopped working on a Sunday night. I called Sunday evening and a live person answered the phone and took down my message. By 7:30 Monday morning I had a call that someone was on their way out to my place. Handler inside of home worked, but the fan was not turning on the unit outside. I thought the worst, and even commented to David, service man who came out to help me from John Bond, that I thought it was the compressor. He explained to me that if it was the compressor, the fan would still be working. Rather than look for ways to deceive me and take money from me, he found only a cap that had gone bad on my motor. Very nice! He also had me listen to my motor, which did sound ragged, and informed me that this could go next, and about how much it would cost to repair. I now have time to save for that expense. I highly recommend John Bond Contracting and will continue using them in the future.

The installation went smoothly without any complications.

I purchased the home in March of 2012 with the knowledge that the original 1983 unit was still in place but functional. During the purchasing time I had John Bond and another company come out for estimates on what would be needed to get it up to par and ofr full replacement. In June of this year the unit was barely working and the home warranty started to send out repair companies to determine what could be wrong. 4 companies cam out 6 different times and everyone either added freon, replaced something or said nothing could be done. I finally had enough and called John back based on the previous experience and professionalism. His crew came out the same day, did a complete inspection inside, on the roof and in the attic and came to me with what was needed. Everything they found was right in line with what I had seen in the attic and they even found some areas which I thought were certain to need work that were fine. I found out as the replacement was going on that they had resealed and repaired a duct line up there during the estimate that was leaking out a good portion of my air to the attic because they didn't want to leave something behind that was easy to fix. Last Friday John's crew showed up exactly 15 minutes before the agreed 7am start time and had the new unit in place, hooked up and running at 8am. I have never seen such effecient, clean and professional work performed. Everythign from the AC stand, elbow and unit fit exact, looked perfect, and they were prepared for all the old materials and items that came up when the old unit was opened up. Nothign suprised them along the way and I could not had found a better looking job. After the unit was up the two guys completed the duct replacements, added another return and were out of my attic within two hours. They inspected the whole attic, added hangers to the old ducting that had non where needed and made sure every inch of the system was sealed up. Start to finish under 4 hours for a lot of work. I could not be happier with my new unit and the whole experience. John was better priced with a more complete job than everyone else who looked at it and he didn't try to just get money out of me to patch the system. Its almost cold enough in here to need a blanket now which is perfect!

The overall experience was excellent. I would use this provider again.
