Joe filter replaced fridge filter, RO filters and furnace filters. The tech was quick efficient and professional. They had the correct filters in their truck and it went so smooth. It was some time ago so I don’t recall the exact price but I believe it was less than $100. I will use them again

I have 10' ceilings and they are very accommodating. I've used them multiple times and will continue to do so in the future.
Description of Work: They replaced the water filter in our LG refrigerator, air filters in the A/C unit and replaced batteries in smoke detectors.

Both jobs were done wonderfully, as advertised, on time and professionally. My only comment is that I wish they could have gotten the grill rack a little cleaner, but it still looked the best it had in years!
Description of Work: I used them twice .. first to replace filters everywhere (Fridge, RO system, Furnace, AC etc) and a few months later to clean our well used built in outdoor grill.

The service Joe Filter provides is great for those of us that don't like to climb tall ladders to do the basic home maintenance jobs. They took care of our air filters, new batteries in smoke detectors and new fridge filter. When we have a working soft water system, they will take care of the salt and our vacuum system, when repaired, will empty and clean. They come every 3 months and they do a great job!

Description of Work: They change my air filters, refill salt for the water softener and clean out the central vacuum system canister. When asked, they will change light bulbs as well. I have also had them change batteries in all the smoke alarms. In my previous home this service was very welcome considering the height of our ceilings where the air filters are, were very high. They do a great job!

They even delivered the filters instead of shipping them, and they were on time! Very nice employees!

The technicians arrived at the appointed time and were very professional in appearance and dealing with me. They performed the service quickly and were very clean; bringing towels in the event any water leaked (which it didn't) and bags to dispose of the replaced filter. They asked if there was anything else they could help with to best make economic use of the trip charge.

We manage quite a few properties, it is very exciting when we work with a vendor like Joe Filter. We were pleased with everything about them. They are very pleasant and organized on the phone. It is comforting when even the woman answering the phone has knowledge of the work the company preforms. Our tenants were very pleased with the technician as well. Our tenants told us they are very professional and knowledgeable. The price is reasonable and they even sent out a technician for a complimentary follow up visit. We will definitely be using Joe Filter in the future!
