We hired Joe to seal our entire roof, per the quote. Come to find out later after a rain storm, he sealed the roof minus the patio overhang. This area had been included in a previous quote that he had submitted. We have contacted him multiple times to request he fulfill the scope as quoted and he has stopped responding. While his prices seem reasonable, this is questionable and ethical business practices. I would stay far away.

Joe did a restoration of my flat roof in 2022. I paid for extra layers, for which I was given a 15 year warranty by Joe. Per the contract, he was supposed to build up severe low spots to ensure the roof was draining correctly. Come February 2024 and I have a small roof leak in one of my bedrooms. When I finally get Joe out to look at it, he claims it was the scupper (roof drain spout) and says he fixed it. In August of 2024 I have a major roof leak (huge water bubble in the exact same spot). Joe comes out and claims it's the same scupper again and "fixes" again and denies he has any responsibility for the scuppers. The scuppers are part of the roof per every other roofer I have spoken with. I had to hire a water damage restoration company to come out and look at the ceiling water damage. It was determined the leak was due to a severe low area in the roof that Joe didn't build up per our contract. The leak was due to pooling water that wasn't draining. Joe won't respond...avoid!!

Beware! Joe does not respond when you need him most! We had 2 roof leaks during the recent monsoon season. Since he had recoated/sealed the roof in 2018 and gave us a guarantee, so thought he would take care of the roof leaks timely. WRONG, he repeatedly promised to come the next morning (6am) and then text that he was running behind. This empty promise trend continued for 1 month while more water was leaking into our walls with each passing storm. Basically, Joe is a no-show who will not answer repeated phone calls. Stay away from this company, his guarantees are worthless! Would have given Zero stars if the review allowed.

He made it extremely easy from start to finish!

we needed flashing around chimney it hasn't rain so at this time we don't know if it still leaks, but the time he spent repairing it which was about 5 hours, I don't think it would leak, he also gave us a guarantee. He was very professional, polite and reliable. If needed I would use them again and recomend them to others.

Doing a great job

Hired in September for a patio extension new roof/repair to tie into old roof. Was extremely responsive initially and got the project done quickly which was great. Then a month later it rained, we had leaks coming where the roof meets the house. When contacted was told someone would be out to fix. Another month went by and again it rained. When contacted this time was told someone would be out the next day. Unfortunately that someone no-showed and then I was told he got the wrong project mixed up. Then silence. Another month goes by, we are now in December. Again it rains and again leaks. Told JML that they had one week to fix or legal actions would take place. JML came out and supposedly fixed it, although I was out of town so had to go by their word. Now here it is March, big rains and still, same leaks. I am very concerned as it leaks into where the roof meets the house, which means I have water coming in my exterior wall of my house. Contacted 4 days ago, no reply, no answer. Be very careful if doing a roof. Will update once roof is repaired.

Needed roof inspection for home purchase and was tight on time. Pro did a great job on such short notice.
