From the first contact to the finished product, communication and professionalism were top notch. The on-base housing we just moved into was super gross (it wasn't cleaned prior to our move-in). The tile and grout were just nasty. JL Restoration came in and cleaned it and it looks almost new! I would recommend these guys to anyone in need of cleaning tile and grout. I'll certainly be using them again when we purchase our own home!

Make sure you totally agree with the color swatch for the grout and try it on a small section of grout before the job starts.

JL was great with communication prior to quoting, after the quote and the follow up after the service. The price was very reasonable compared to others companies that quoted me... and there was no hard sale after the quote like others. Samuel and his assistant wasted no time starting the work and when done the tile was spotless and painted grout sealant looked like I just installed brand new tile. I highly recommend this company.

The pricing is very competitive and they do a great job. Samuel was here on time, did the work in a professional manner. When I found a spot where the grout was not colored, he came back promptly to fix it. The grout looks good as new.

I was very skeptical at first about doing the color sealer on my tile floors but I am extremely happy with the way it turned out. It looks better than when we moved in. I am going to have them come back and finish the rest of the house.
