Samuel and team from JL Restoration did a great job on my ceramic flooring. They made it look like it was brand new. I was impressed! They are friendly, responsive, and professional. Would recommend them and use them again.

Quality of work was great, they were on time and on budget. It is a pleasure to have a project exceed your expectations and to have competent, friendly technicians.

Good communication, relatively fast process. I appreciated that they prepped the surrounding areas to minimize the mess in other rooms.

On time for quote and the work. He gave me a price so I hired him. He was done quicker than I thought so he went the extra mile for me. Polished out rough spots and scratches left by a poor install. Well worth it and a nice guy. I have been in construction 40 years and quality is hard to come by. JL is quality.

Samuel and his team of one did a great job. They arrived on time. Immediately went to work repairing, cleaning and polishing our travertine floors. They filled numerous holes and made it look like new. I wish I had taken before & after pictures. I now want to keep the flooring.

I had the best customer experience with this company. From the first impression to the final result, nothing but prompt, knowledgeable, professional service was provided. The hard water stains on my granite were removed, granite was sealed, my kitchen island & master bath counter tops look new. I would not hesitate to hire this company in the future and highly recommend them to others!!!

Samuel and his helper were excellent workers, polite, considerate and, did a great job. They filled numerous holes in the covered balcony travertine, buffed it and then added two coats of sealer. Will likely have them do the inside of the house to repair any travertine issues and polish it. ...dean

The owner came out and did the work himself. He was ON TIME, neat and friendly!!! I highly recommend them.

Samuel was awesome. He came out to give us an estimate and explained the process in detail. He was on time the day that he came and after he completed the work I could hardly believe my eyes. Based on previous reviews of JL and after meeting with Samuel, I chose JL for restoration of our travertine floors, approximately 950 sf. He and his helper arrived on time, prepared to complete the job in one day. The finished floors are almost brand new now after cleaning, polishing and sealing. They have a uniform sheen and are shades lighter. We opted for grout staining and do not regret it. Samual is knowlegeable, pleasant, and adaptive.

JL Restoration services provided an all-around great experience. Jessica contacted me within minutes of submitting my job. She communicated via text as I was not able to talk due to the nature of my job. She gave me a same day bid and next day service. She went out of her way to make sure that the job could be completed, running clear caulk out to my home for the repairman. My daughter was home and said that Samuel was very nice. The work was beautiful. It was great to come home to such beautiful countertops.

Samuel was awesome. I had a scratch in my granite counter. He gave me a couple of options explaining the costs what the results would look like. The scratch is gone and the counter looks like new. I am a Realtor and will be referring J&L Samuel to all my clients
