Very happy to have used JL Restoration Services to fix and clean up our tile grout and sealing problems in multiple areas of our townhouse. Team was quick to get in touch with us to schedule an estimate. We found Sam and his colleague to be very friendly, punctual, knowledgeable, and professional. We will definitely use JL for any future tile work and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to others.

Great repair and cleanup. Samuel k owns his business. The only negative was that he was delayed in getting here, but he let me know well in advance that he would be late.

They responded quickly to my Home Advisor contact and arranged for a time to view the project. The gentleman arrived on time, provided me with a bid price that I thought was a bit high but he was willing to do the work that day since he had finished his other projects early. He went to work immediately with minimal dust and noise. He finished in a little over 2 hours and the work was beautiful. I will definitely use them again!
