Perfect!!!!
Description of Work: Six weeks after installling a garage door in a tan color approved by my HOA in writing, they changed their minds. I found Jim on the "list" and contacted him with my dilema of being thratened by th HOA. Jim gave me a fair price, showed up on time, did an excellent job and, obviously, left a grand impression.

The project went very well.
Description of Work: Jim attached decorative hardware to our garage door and a side gate. He unstuffed a sink drain. He tightened a toilet paper roll and fixed a drawer pull. He attempted to install a combination lock door mechanism until he realized some needed parts are missing. He is friendly, but gets right to work and works quickly. We are very pleased and will use him again.
