+ -1 moreThey sent a rep out that seemed very knowledgeable. Everything was done in a very professional way. I am very happy and they look beautiful. You do have to be patient since they are custom drapes though and they are a bit pricey.

+ -1 moreI WAS EXTREMELY PLEASED TO FIND SOMEONE WHO WASN'T PUSHY OR IN A HURRY TO SELL ME SOMETHING. EVEN THOUGH SHE CAME A LONG WAY TWO TIMES TO CALL ON ME, SHE JUST WANTED ME TO BE CERTAIN AND FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH MY CHOICES. I WAS GIVEN GREAT DESIGN HELP...WAS TOLD AND TAUGHT MUCH MORE THAN I HAD BEEN BY A LOCAL 'SPECIALIST'. SHE HAS AN ASSISTANT WHO ANSWERS ROUTINE QUESTIONS AND HELPS WITH DELIVERY ISSUES OR YOU CAN CALL AN 800 NUMBER.
Description of Work: NEEDED DRAPERIES (AND TO DECIDE THE STYLE OF DRAPERY)FOR FOUR LARGE ROOMS IN MY HOME. MAE HUBBARD CAME TO MY HOME WITH ALL OF THE CURRENT FABRIC SAMPLES OFFERED BY PENNEY'S. SHE WAS EXTREMELY PATIENT AND UNDERSTOOD WHEN I WASN'T SATISFIED WITH ANY OF THE HUNDREDS OF FABRICS SHE HAD WITH HER. SHE SUGGESTED TO WAIT UNTIL THE NEXT MONTH WHEN NEW FABRICS CAME OUT. SHE CAME TO MY HOME AGAIN AT THAT TIME WITH ALL THE NEW SAMPLES AND REVIEWED MY NEEDS. I ENDED UP FINDING WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR!
