WE REALLY THOUGHT WE MADE THE RIGHT CHOICE IN PICKING THE RIGHT COMPANY OUT OF 3 ESTIMATES. SURELY NOT THE CASE. 1ST OF ALL THE WINDOWS WE RECEIVED I OVERHEARD THE CONVERSATION OF INSTALLER WITH HIS BOSS THAT THESE WERE WINDOWS THAT HE ONLY INSTALLED ONCE BEFORE. I SHOULD HAVE NOT ACCEPTED THE WINDOWS! THE INSTALLER REALLY HAD A HARD TIME WITH INSTALLATION BECAUSE ALTHOUGH THE WINDOWS WERE MEASURED THREE DIFFERENT TIMES BY TWO DIFFERENT GENTLEMAN FROM THE COMPANY, THEY WERE OFF ABOUT 1/4 INCH. MY WINDOW FRAMES OF WOOD ON THE OUTSIDE WITH THE EXTRA CAULKING LOOK UNPROFESSIONAL. WE HAD A LOCK THAT BROKE ON ONE WINDOW ALREADY THAT THEY CAME OUT TO LOOK AT AND ARE COMING BACK WITH THE REPLACEABLE PART; WE ARE STILL WAITING! I'VE RECENTLY CALLED AND THE NUMBER IS NO LONGER IN SERVICE. I BELIEVE WE MAY BE SOL. HOPEFULLY THEY WILL DO THE RIGHT THING AND COME BACK. I BELIEVE THIS IS DOUBTFUL.
Description of Work: REPLACED 10 WINDOWS AND 1 SLIDING GLASS DOOR IN OUR HOME.
