+ 11 moreJones started out really well but as time went by he just could not finish any of the work. He "milked" the projects. I paid him in advance each week plus provided all of his equipment and supplies and he just could not bring the work to a completion. The work began in 2009 and was never completed.
Description of Work: Jones began a remodeling of my cabins and he started several projects never finishing most of them. He walked off the job to take another job leaving a kitchen unfinished, fencing unfinished, serious security problems unresolved and requiring additional people to resolve the mistakes he made. He did not obey building codes and his work in some areas has been deemed unacceptable.
