Great service, exceptional product

Jack's was very helpful to complete a furniture pruchase at the last minute. We ordered on Friday and was delivered on the following day. The only issues we had was we were told not delivery charge, Which were charged $112.00 for delivery, The frame for a bed purchased was not delivered. We used Crest Finacial to purchase-- Be careful as they do not tell you the finance charge will be $1600.00 if not paid within ninety days.

Jack's Warehouse completely handled my order by internet and telephone, which I preferred. I was also able to go to their location in Scottsdale when there was a flaw in the manufacturer's product. All was resolved and they even picked up the flawed item and replaced it with another. They truly hold to a standard of quality and service that goes beyond other stores, which can be verified by reading their return policy compared to other stores. Fortunately, I had cancelled an order with another store and successfully purchased from Jack's where they honored their commitment to quality and superb treatment of customers. Awesome.
