+ -1 moreVery good. As I mentioned, JC always keeps me updated with photos and also calls to let me know what he is doing when he goes. This is very helpful as I live 1700 miles away. I have talked with him in person when I have been back out to visit and I feel I can trust him. Very hard working and efficient. He even got rid of a bunch of junk my last tenants left in the yard and garage. The yard looks great every time he leaves. Cannot say enough about how rare it is to find someone like JC.
Description of Work: I live in Chicago but have a rental house in Mesa. I used to live there prior to moving back and renting the house out. The was owned by a landscape architect prior to me, so as you can image the yard is very nice. Sadly, the last tenants that I had left the lawn to die, the irrigation system inoperable, and weeds completely overgrown, as well as several plants and trees near death. JC got the irrigation system working properly again, got rid of the weeds, nurtured the plants and trees back to life, and reseeded the lawn. I hired his crew to also do a monthly service since i did not feel I could rely on tenants to maintain it. He sent me progressive photos of the original work, and send photos every time he is out there.
