Initially everything seemed great, drywall was taped up well and house was painted.  This is a modern house so smooth walls were the most important thing to me.  For this reason we decided to spray only, no backrolling and there was supposed to be no rolling during future touchups.  The window sills were never wiped off before paiting as they promised, so they just sprayed over causing a textured looking surface and the paint is now coming off.  All door trims were bare wood, not primed at all even though we were promised they would be.  They did one coat on these and you can still see the wood grain and the putty that covered all the nail holes.  Julio sent his guys back a couple times for touchup patching and painting and each time they missed more than 50% of the work even though I labeled everything with blue masking tape so it should have been obvious.  As it stands I have more than 20 of their patches they did that are not painted.  Every touchup they did was done with a roller so now I have texture over every patch when the rest of the house is smooth.  Julio, the owner, is extremely difficult to work with as he is never on site, just sends his guys who many times dont show or show up an hour or more past the time they said.  Many times they didnt show up and he had excuse after excuse and sometimes we, my interior designed and myself, could not even get ahold of him.   Usually if you call him he will text you back, not call.  The latest excuse was he was in Vegas and couldnt come, promised day after day he would come, then eventually came a week later.  My interior designer refuses to work with him anymore and we are now paying another company to finish patching and painting the rest of the house.  The only positive comment about his company is their patchwork is pretty good compared to what I have seen.  Smooth walls are very difficult.
