 + -1 moreDAVE SOLVED THE UPGRADE ISSUE, AND THEN STAYED ON TO CLEAN UP THE EXTRANEOUS STUFF THAT WAS SLOWING DOWN THE SPEED. HE'S A VERY POLITE, LIKEABLE GUY WHO CAME TO MY HOME AND QUICKLY GOT DOWN TO BUSINESS. HE SAID I COULD ALWAYS CALL HIM, AND PERHAPS TOGETHER WE COULD ''FIX'' THINGS WHILE HE TALKS ME THROUGH IT.
Description of Work: I HAD BEEN GETTING MULTIPLE ERROR MESSAGES REGARDING INSTALLING THE WINXP SERVICE PACK 2 UPDATE. MY PC WAS SLOWING DOWN. I HAD HEARD OF DAVE FROM A FRIEND OF A FRIEND. DAVE EASILY HANDLED NETWORKS AND COMPANY MAINFRAMES, SO I KNEW HE COULD TACKLE THIS ''EASY'' PROBLEM. I'M GLAD HE STARTED UP HIS OWN BUSINESS.
