Got info over the phone and price and reasonable date to come out

My previous pool company was sold and the new owners left my pool a mess. Island Life came in and fixed it and I haven’t had a problem since. The owner, Rod, is responsive, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. I am very very happy with Oscar, who cares for my pool. I continue to use them and am delighted with them.

I used their green to clean service. It was very hard to clean up, but Rod and Aaron did the job. Thank you for my clean pool. Lloyd

Rod is fantastic. He, his office staff, and his cleaning staff have been courteous, helpful and extremely responsive to my every question and contact. My pool now works thoroughly and efficiently and it looks great. I've highly recommended him to all my Arizona family, neighbors and friends!!

Associate is polite, clean & goes above and beyond every week! Asked about getting our light replaced within 24 hours it was done and only cost us $80.00. There customer service is exceptional; I have spent 4 years trying to find a reliable pool service and I have finally accomplished that by using them. Would recommend to anyone😀

EXCELLENT! The best pool service company so far. They show up, do a great job, communicate with me regularly. Very proactive and professional. They send me pictures weekly of the pool and bring to my attention other issues, such as problems with the fountains, landscape, etc. I can't say enough good things about them.

They are super easy to work with and small enough to get back to you right way and I am always able to talk to the same person when I email. They are very thorough and just wonderful to work with. Priced a little higher than I would like but in the end- I feel it is totally worth it!!

Previous pool company was unreliable and did a terrible job keeping my pool clean. Used the excuse that after a storm, pools take longer to clean so they are backed up. But this was consistent. So I let them go. Set up a consultation with two separate pool companies to come out and look at the pool to give me an estimate and both did not show up. Tried to call the 2nd one to reschedule on 2 separate occasions and they never even called back. Then, found Island and they picked up the phone, and were able to get someone out the same week. The pool looks amazing, they are reliable, and they leave little notes for me to let me know they have been there. So far, they have been amazing. Slightly more expensive than the others, but well worth the quality job and the reliability.

I hired the company in October of 2015 when i moved to my home. The pool was neglected from the previous owners and Rod Zervakos (the owner of the company), with his team worked very hard to bring my pool to be crystal clean. Ed comes over once a week and makes sure it's in top shape. He is very thorough and takes his time. When the pump went out they replaced it in two days with the right pump. They always look if the hose is working and they have already replaced it once. Everybody in the company are very helpful any time I have any question I recommend them to my daughter and she is very satisfied also. They are the best!!

I called around for prices and felt the price I as given was a fair price compared to other pool companies I called. I did not feel like I was being ripped off because I was a woman. The price I was quoted was exactly the price I was given an invoiced for. They cam out when they said they would and got the work done in the time I was told they would. No surprises at all. Lee and his co-worker (whom I did not catch his name) took a few minutes to go over the work th completed and when I asked for a quick education on running my pool they both gave me info that was easy to understand. I really liked that they did not talk down to me or treat me like I was stupid. And I really appreciated the education! The previous pool guy I had used did not explain well enough for me to understand what he was telling me nor was I able to retain the info he gave me. I will absolutely use Island Life Pools again! Hanks for being quick, reasonable and just plain pleasant to work with!!

Rapid response with knowledgeable and personable staff. I had a problem with in-pool pop-up filtration system which they diagnosed and repaired within 24 hours. Kudos!

Rod "fixed" my pool a couple of years ago and treated me like family! I had a different, cheaper, "company" for a bit and it was a disaster!!! I called Rod from Island pools which responded immediately, fixed my problems and is now THE ONLY pool company I trust!! I HIGHLY recommend them!!!

Rod came out the same day that I called. Checked everything and made a few adjustments. I hired Island Life for weekly service and my pool already looks better. I highly recommend!!

Rod was quick to respond and flexible to take care of our pool needs. He was able to fix the cloudy water and has been hired as our full time pool service company going forward.
