They did not show up on two of the appointments where I had to take an off from the work. They called me almost in the evening to inform that they would not be able to make it. When they finally came to install it, they did a lot of damage in my house like holes in the wall which they never filled, broke a tile and other things. When they installed the TV I did not have the HD for two weeks until one of the engineers from direct TV helped me out but, the Ironwood Communications did not. They were completely un-professional and did care about me. It was a horrible experience and I would not recommend them.
