They sent a contractor to us for the sales process. When we had questions, though, he did not remember who we were! We felt like he got the job and just moved onto the next project: poor customer service. They were not quick to return our phone calls. They asked for a huge down payment upfront, which caused us a lot of stress. During the job, they gave us little guidance in getting the project started. Now that the job is finished, there are a few parts of the counter that show a defect in the craftsmanship; in particular, there is a very obvious seam in the granite near the kitchen sink. To their credit, I will say that I was pleased with the island they constructed. Overall, there was very poor communication throughout the process.
