Description of Work: They installed 2 new units for me at a very fair price and the service was great.

Description of Work: AC tune up. All was good.

Description of Work: Extremely responsive and professional. Even loaned me a temporary AC to keep at least a couple of my rooms cool.

Description of Work: I had another company come out and give me an esimate on repairing my AC unit and they qoutested me twice the price and told me they needed to replace parts that Integrity told me were still functional. I call that Integrity! What a great company,they will always get my business.

Description of Work: Installed complete new heating and AC units including ducts and grates. The guys,Steve, Scott, Greg & Daniel were great, did great work and cleaned up as would be expected. I also have to mention Ross their estimator that came out as being thorough and prompt. While painful when you by the best and highest SEER rated units you need to pick someone your comfortable with and Integerity was all of that. Not the cheapest nor the most exensive, they were the BEST.

Description of Work: We have an older but very well maintained Trane AC system that has to be replaced, probably this year....however, a bracket broke holding the blower motor in place. We had our AC company, one of the larger ones in Phoenix, out to repair it; they looked at it for 30 seconds, said it was an older unit, the brackets weren't made anymore and they would not repair it; they would only entertain replacing our unit at an estimated cost of $9,000. I called Integrity and explained the situation, stating that I was looking for a solution, if available, before replacing the unit. Service tech, Miguel, came out this morning....looked at the unit and was able to temporarily repair the bracket for $122. They are looking at replacing the bracket and think they can find a replacement and get it installed for $200-300. Miguel was great and explained what was going on and why. Integrity provided me what I was looking for....a solution.....not the pat answer that I needed a new unit now. Originally I felt like I was bringing my car into a dealership to fix a flat tire and being told I needed a new car. Integrity earned a new customer today for repair and maintenance and for my new unit when I replace it in the next few months. Thank you.
