Description of Work: I placed a call for a quote and never was called back. Therefore, I cannot rate this company other then to say they are not responsive.

 + -1 moreThey are very responsive. If I call they will come right out and take care of anything even when I am not at home. They are very helpful. A couple of my neighbors are using them now as well.
Description of Work: They service my lawn and trees. This is the fee monthly.

 + -1 moreDo remind them what you want the garden and landscaping to look like. Overall they are reliable and very hardworking.
Description of Work: I have been using Jeff inglin's services for years and have been very happy with the responsiveness of the entire crew! They follow up, sometimes a call to remind them is necessary but when they say they'll be there or replace parts of the sprinkler system they do so efficiently. You can email Jeff or call him if there's an immediate problem and he'll respond very quickly! I would totally reccommend them. I give them directives how I want the garden to look, natural verses cut or chopped. I work with them on the timing of the sprinklers and drip system. Plant placement and re planting.

 + -1 moreWE are new to the Valley and even though we are amateur gardeners, AZ landscape planting is new to us. So we were looking for skilled landscapers. First, I called Jeff and received a prompt call back. We immediately made arrangements for delivery and installation. He was on time and prepared with a crew. All were professional, knowledgeable, courteous and available for any & all questions. We couldn't have asked for better service. He and his crew instructed us on how to care for the trees until they were established. It's been about 3 weeks now and our trees look fabulous! If this wasn't enough, the crew works well and VERY hard together and appeared to have fun. A pleasure to be around.
Description of Work: Jeff and his competent crew delivered and planted three large trees for us. Together we made arrangements for delivery from the nursery and planting in our back yard. We were so pleased with his company's work that we are contracting with him for more work based on drawings done by a landscape architect. I was especially pleased that they were flexible; I realized that I'd had them plant the trees in the wrong place. I called them and without complaint they fit us into their schedule and safely transplanted the trees. Wow.
