To be honest: I can't say how good the pool service is. I can say that the owner, David, was almost impossible to get a hold of (let alone get out to do the job). He did respond really fast to a request for a quote and told me that he could have the pool cleaned up by the weekend (it was a Monday). I was surprised! But he never came back that week. When I talked to him on the weekend, he apologized and said he'd have it handled the next week. I was out of town but when I came back, it wasn't done either. Long story short: I waited for him for 4 weeks and there always seemed to be something that came up (he got sick, he lost his phone, he had a death in the family, he needed to coordinate his schedule with someone else...). I don't know. I'm fine with delays and unforeseen events. I just asked him to keep me up to date about delays and he didn't do that. Given that nearly everyone has a pool in AZ and service is not too hard to find, I'd recommend going with someone who is a little more reliable and communicative. I found some other options pretty easily and am super happy with how fast they respond and follow up! Good luck and happy swimming!

The repair and installation was done with excellent professionalism and product quality. After having a major health issue this company made it easy that we hired the right company. It took a bit longer than we expected but at the end the pool looks outstanding. We are hiring them to seal our pool deck and more after that. Highly recommended. Thank you justin and Dave.
