 + -1 moreI never thought I would enjoy a home inpection but I did! Don't hesitate to call Eric at Industry Home Inpsection
Description of Work: I was purchasing a home in Phoenix and my real estate agent suggested Eric from Industry Home Inspection. I have lived in the Phoenix area for 30 years and purchased several homes. This was without a doubt the most complete, thorough and detailed inspection I have had. It was not just an inspection but a college level course on what to look for and expect about every aspect of my home. Every appliance, to all the major components such as ac, water heater, garage door, and even electrical were covered in detail. Eric spent as much time as I needed to explain and instruct me on all the questions I had. Every aspect of the structure: widows, roof, foundation, attic,doors, etc. were covered. Eric did all this with the style of your favorite teacher or professor. And I should know because I have been both.
