+ -1 moreRecommended provider was lower cost and more qualified for area of speciality in scope of work. Recommend provider was awarded work based on price and degree of expertise in completing work even saving me more money than expected with a modification to quote after work started. I would contact this provider for future work.

+ -1 moreShortly after the repair, chunks started falling off, I called them and they sent someone a week ago today to come out and told me they would come back to paint on Wednesday/ Thursday, but never showed. Friday I called again and they said Monday they would come and they did not come out Monday either. Its been a disaster. He stated: "I really don't like doing repairs like this." They charged us $500.00 weren't even here an hour.
Description of Work: They came out to repair our pool deck.

+ -1 moreThe reason I went with them was the combination of price and discussion with them. I was happy with the finished product, but not happy with that similar sub. I would recommend others to get the owner to their property. The subs are often not timely and punctual. They are not thorough with the process. They need to be more punctual. Everyone I talked to were pretty close with his or her price. They are competitive.
Description of Work: I hired Immediate Pool Service & Repair a couple of months ago. They did a pool refinishing, and they chipped out the plaster to convert it to old Pebble Tec pool. They put in a new backline, and replaced the lights.
