Mike came out and fixed our problem. He did what he said. He was very professional and we are very happy with this company.The lady that took my call initially was also very professional and made me feel that they would do a great job which they did.

I called on Monday and the next morning Mike returned my call and came out later in the morning. He was very helpful, telling us that there was nothing wrong with our pump and what parts we needed to get everything fixed. He installed a water levelor float. We ordered a new pump module and new pump lid on the internet and it fixed our problems. We want to thank Mike for being so helpful.

Listened & provided good information on first contact -we waited awhile before choosing and ordering handrail. When it came in they scheduled a time and installed it. Punctual, cleaned up after their work. Great experience - will not hesitate to use them again.

Mike responded to our call within 24 hrs. and worked with my wife via text and pictures before coming over. showed up when he said he would and diagnosed our problem within 15 minutes. He also found some other problems that was not allowing our system to perform to it's maximum potential. Had to return for another visit with parts for new problems. Repaired our system to maximum potential and kept the price at what he said he would do the job for. I would highly recommend Immediate Pool Builder before calling anyone else.

Steve was very responsive and quote was quick and reasonable. Due to weather delays, start date fluctuated, but once they started the work was completed quickly. All of the subs were friendly and seemed to enjoy their work. This refelected in the quality of the completed job. Pool was reduced in depth about 4 feet and all the fill and concrete had to be wheelbarrowed to back yard. The only complaint we would have is that the debris was scattered on one side of the yard, but it was an area that we were waiting to re-landscape anyway. Would definitely recommend them to others. Plan to get a bid from them on installing pavers in another area of our yard.

It all started out great. estimates and scheduling all done on time. There was a little mix up in exactly needed to be done but all in all the ownership and management did a great job in accomidating me. The workers came (ON TIME) and chipped out the old plaster and old tile with a jackhammer. Then added the new nice looking tile (sub-par grout work) and pebble surface all in a timely manner. My only concern are the workers. Although they did a good job in the pool, they were messy and no regard for my yard. There was pebble surface all over the back yard lawn and some plastic they used was left behind. Also they decided it would be a good idea to park in my front lawn there there was even MORE of the pebble plaster AND their truck leaked oil on my lawn. So once it was completed, the new surface looked great, nice tile with sub-par grout work. But all the jackhammering made several cracks on my pool deck. So now, I will have to find a company to redo my deck. My RESPONSE: It isn't a matter of "IF" they were messy or parked where they should'nt have, the fact is that they did and I took pictures of the oil, pebble/plaster in my front and back yard. Steve never pointed out cracks on my deck or even brought them up to me. My Waterfall was never needed fixing. When you added the new skimmer, your guy was messing with the levers and I wasn't sure what valves he closed, opened (that caused my waterfall not to flow) etc... (so it was in the work performed) I appreciate your plumber driving out here, he knew what valves to open and close right away. The fact is, you performed a service and overall, I was satisfied and Gave you a B rating. I am not sharing my experience to bash immediate pools, I am simply bringing these issues to your attention. so you can be better overall.

We found Immediate Pool on Angie's List and, judging by the A ratings, it was obvious that they took pool building seriously. Working with Steve and Tricia at Immediate Pool was awesome. They were very responsive, the work performed was of the highest quality and their prices were very reasonably. We have a very large, old diving pool that was probably built in the '70s and the last time any work was done to it was probably the early '90s. It was in pretty bad shape. Plaster was coming off, the tiles were falling off, the cool deck was all chipped and faded, the diving board was cracked and the diving board stand was all rusty. Steve came over late 2012. We explained what all we wanted done and Steve walked us through the pros and cons of our plans, always staying mindful of our budget. A few days he sent over the quote, which was right where we needed it to be. We started the project sometime in January and in less than 4 weeks the whole thing was done. They had removed the diving board and and the stand, chipped out the old plaster, reconfigured the old staircase to ad more patio space, added an 18' bench under water at sitting level, shotcreted the bottom of the pool, Pebbled the pool, re-tiled the edge, run new wiring for the light, added a new lighting niche and added a new light. If only all our experiences with contractors were the same as the experience with Immediate Pool. AAA+++ professionals. Would recommend them to friends and family in a flash.

Steve was very knowledgable during the initial meeting. It did take several phone calls to get our quote sent to us but we understood that we were wanting the pool resurfaced at a very busy time of year. We obtained 3 other quotes and after much research, decided that Immediate Pools was the right choice for us. They actually started work on our pool a week earlier than expected. Tricia and the office staff were extremely helpful and always answered our numerous questions and made sure that we were kept up-to-date with the progress on the pool. Our project was completed in about 3 1/2 weeks and could not be happier with the results. The pool looks fantastic!

This is the the best experience with a contractor I have ever had. I contacted four top companies listed on Angies list and had them come out and give me an estimate. I also asked all of them to make recomendations they thought would make the pool attractive and functional. All four were very good bids and some made some good suggestions to improve the pool. Immediate not only made some very good suggestions to improve the pool but they were the lowest bid of the four. I met with them in their office to confirm exactly what was included in their bid and discuss how the work was to progress. I was very impressd with the Owner Steve, but also his assistant Tricia. They were great to work with and understood some of my concerns with keeping gates closed and how the work would proceed when we were out of town. I told them I would give them almost two months to complete the work even though they assured me it would be done in less than a month. I wanted a quality job and didn't want to rush them. All through the work period I was well informed of the progress. I asked if they could improve the drainage of the patio and add some patio on one edge. I expected it to involve a contract adjustment and additional cost but Steve measured it and came back to me and said he would do the additional work at no cost. WOW that really surprised me. They work was finished way ahead of schedule and is a top notch job. I gave them all "A's" in my rating and if they had a place where I could submit an "A+" for quality and professionalism, I would had selected those. I would be more than happy to have anyone thinking about pool remodeling to contact me about Immediate Pool builders. They are outstanding.

The work that they have done seems to be alright and everything looks like it has been done fairly well. There is a section over by the steps where there is a piece that keeps coming off. Immediate Pool Builders and Repairs have come out a couple times to repair this particular area and it is about to fall off again. It is cracked and looks like a big chunk is about to come off. I have tried contacting the company about 3 times over the past 10 days and we are not getting any response. I would like this area fixed correctly and have the company contact us. If it has gone beyond what they can do maybe they can have someone else do the work.

Steve was very professional and with fast response to get an estimate. Steve sent out an email the very next day. We checked with other pool builders and we felt that Steve is the best to the work for us.

Called Immediate Pools for a quote on my cracked pool the week of 3/13/13. They called me back a day later to move my appointment from Wednesday to Friday (they said they had a mix-up). Friday comes around and they are a no-show, I have to call them and they tell me they had some sort of mix-up but that Steve would get me a quote same day. I waited, nothing came that Friday. I had to call them back again next week, was told that I'd get the quote. Again, nothing shows up. I will not be using this company for my repairs....if they are like this before they have my money, I can only imagine what it might be like after they had my money. This is a $10k+ job.

.I did a lot research with Angies List by reviewing the best Pool Companies and the experiences that people had with various pool builders and selected a few to get an estimate from within a few weeks. Right from the beginning, Immediate Pool Builders communicated best from the initial call to the estimate and the follow through. Perhaps, the most influential point of choosing this company was the owners character. He was prompt, listened, and provided honest answers to all of my questions. It's unusual in today's world to interact with business people who take pride in their work, are honest , and don't try to take advantage because they have the opportunity. It's important to note that I had to call them after they completed the job to make the final payment. Their response was they just wanted to see if I was completely satisfied. Wow, I never had that experience before with any company. I am very satisfied with our pool and have received many compliments regarding the appearance,quality, and how quickly they completed the job. Oh, by the way, they were the lowest bid on top of all that!

I have been trying to set up an appointment for 2 weeks. The scheduling lady in the office said a tech will call me, NO CALL. I called the tech, he said he was busy will call me back, NO CALL.

We got several estimates and this one was the best for our budget (by far). We took a few months to decide to go ahead and we worked on a design. Once we told the company what we wanted, they began the work and finished everything in less than 3 weeks as promised. We really appreciated everyone involved from the owner Steve was was very responsive to our questions and knowledgeable, to the receptionist Tricia. From my first phone call to this company (along with their excellent ratings on Angie's list) I felt very confident going with this company. The workers were very efficient and polite as well. When you are spending this kind of money you want to be sure you are getting a great job. It can be nerve wracking and Tricia was very reassuring and responsive with my many questions. I really appreciated that we were able to contact just one person (either Steve the owner or Tricia) and not have to work with a big company where you never know who you are speaking to. I highly recommend this company for any of your pool needs.

I got four estimates for my pool remodel. Immediate was the most reasonable (and seemed to me the most honest) so I went with them. They did a beautiful job in a timely manner and were very responsive to any and all questions and additional help that I needed. Their work crews are great and also were very helpful. Steve and Tricia (administrative assistant) went over and above to give me excellent service and a perfect job. I will use them again whenever I need something done on my pool!!

Steve from Immediate Pools was awesome to work with. I received three other estimates for redoing my pool. All were for the same job. Immediate Pools beat everyone else's price by a few hundred dollars. When I made the decision to go with Immediate Pools, I went to the office to meet with Steve and the Admin. Asst. - Tricia. Both were extremely helpful, and answered all the questions I had. They explained to me how the process takes a week, and that they would be there each day to do a different part of the job. They gave me a start date, and they were right on time. They came each day, as they said they would, and finished the job on the day they said they would. I had several questions throughout the process, and they were extremely responsive, both in person and over the phone. After the job was done, Steve came out to inspect and put chemicals in. He immediately found a problem with my filter, when it started spitting chemicals back in the pool. He quoted me a very fair price for new filters and some plumbing work and got a guy out that same afternoon. This is customer service!!!! The pool looks incredible. I have no doubt that if I need anything from Immediate Pools in the future, they will come right out and take care of it. It was a pleasure working with them, and I would highly recommend them.

It went well overall. Steve was punctual in meeting me to view the site and providing his quote. Compared to several other prices he was very competitive. He and his workers lived up to the name "Immediate Pool"; the work was started and completed in a considerably shorter time that others estimated. As a civil engineer I appreciate the quality of the work. The only potential issue was that some of the workers did not speak fluent english, which made communication challenging, however that would likely occur with any crew. I was pleased with the work.

Great. Steve knows his stuff. He is the only contractor I've ever worked with who actually did what he said he'd do in the timeframe he promised. They got it done in a week's time! And when he discovered that there was less electrical work done than originally estimated, he promptly refunded some of our deposit. All the service people were knowledgeable, friendly, respectful and timely. Highly recommend these guys!!

Steve from Immediate Pools was extremely professional and personable. From my first call to receiving my last quote, I think that Steve worked with me for over a month. He answered all of my questions and patiently updated my quote multiple times as I made choices and changed my mind on different aspects of the project. Steve even took me to a couple different job sites to see a pool in progress and meet his interior crew, the same one at completion, and another that had a similar feature that I was thinking about getting. If you are thinking about updating/repairing your pool, definitely put Steve and Immediate Pools on your list as Steve was very competitive on price. It was a great experience.

Responded quickly with quote and started shortly after I chose them. Knowledgeable and responsive to all questions. Work was done quickly and looks very good.

Overall I am very pleased. It's like having a brand new pool and deck. I met Steve (the owner) when he came out to do the estimate. I told him what I was looking to have done and asked for his recommendations as well. There was no up sell on his part and he actually talked me out of making some equipment changes. It was nice to see an estimate where everything was itemized so I knew exactly what I was paying for. Once I picked out the colors for the pool, tile, and deck Steve gave me a start date and explained what was going to happen for the next seven days or so. There was a crew out every day doing something. After the 1st day when I came home all the plaster was gone, the next day the plumbing was done, etc. I did have a minor issue with with one of the crews damaging my hose and spray nozzle. As soon as I mentioned it to Steve it was taken care of with no hesitation on his part. I didn't get to see much of the work being done except for the pool deck (acrylic lace). The crew was out there from 7am to 4pm grinding, troweling, and spraying. After the pool was filled Steve came out to do the start up and explain the operation of the new filter and suction line. Not really a complaint but I guess the only thing that Steve could have done better is to call me every day to let me know who was coming out the next day. That being said it was great to see that work was being done every day and whole process was over in seven days. The work started Tuesday. Friday the pool deck(acrylic lace) was done so no one came out over the weekend to give the epoxy coating time to dry. Monday the pebble went in and Tuesday evening I was filing the pool. As a side note I did find out that most pool companies sub their work out. Steve was upfront about this and I didn't see this as a negative as it is standard practice in the industry. Bottom line: I was pleased with the price, the timeline, and very pleased with the results. I wouldn't hesitate to use Immediate again and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Overall I was very happy with Steve's service. Due to distance to my home, he contacted a friend in the business for me, who was able to come out within 2 days to fix my filter pump timer. The part was removed and replaced within 20 minutes. The service guy was friendly and knowledgeable. My only shock was the cost of $190 for part and labor. He was unable to fix my floor cleaning system that day, so I called Steve again, and he sent one of his regular guys, Rick, out the next day. He evaluated the problem, looked and the gearbox (showed me) how some of the gears were sticking and not allowing water to flow to all the pop-up heads. He said he would get the part and came back 2 days later (on a Saturday) with the correct part. Again response and work was very quick and efficient. He had the cleaning system running like new in about half an hour. Again my only disappointment was price. This time I paid $260 for the gear box that was replaced and labor. This is the first time I have had pool parts replaced, so I am not familiar with pricing but given time and labor spent on the job, it seemed high. Total cost was $450, but I highly recommend these guys, knowledable and hardworking (came out on Saturday to finish job). Would definitely use them again!!
