Steve (the owner) and Kellie (office manager) were exceptional. Steve came out within a day of contacting Immediate pools. We discussed options, he took some measurements and got back to us with a quote within a few days. Once we agreed on the work, we actually went down to their office where they took as much time as we wanted to discuss materials, colors interior surface and options. We even took pebble samples back with us so we could see them in our existing pool. Steve was upfront, did not try to push any bells or whistles or extra things. They listened and worked with us to develop the right solution. Once we contracted with Immediate pools work began within a week and was completed in just under four weeks. Steve came by almost every day to make sure that his crew was doing the work as planned. Kellie communicated via email and phone daily to keep us informed of when work would be done, which crew was coming in to do what and who we should expect. All in all the job was done professionally and timely. Please note: Steve is a full licensed "pool contractor". Do not be fooled by someone who says they are a "pool contractor". And it turns out, they are just licensed to do concrete decking or only certain aspects of pool construction. Steve is the real deal. He knows pools from start to finish and thats what he is licensed to do. And it showed! Our pool looks awesome.

We met with the owner Steve at his showroom south of the Deer Valley airport on Wednesday to pick out tile and Pebble Tec color. We signed the contract, paid our down payment, and a worker came out on Monday to drain the pool. The chip-out crew came Tuesday morning to remove the old tile and plaster interior. Over the next two weeks, other crews demolished and then rebuilt a large section of the deck, installed the Decko drain and new skimmer, applied Kool Deck, installed new tile, pool light, and hand rail. A separate crew then did the Pebble Tec interior. After an acid wash, we were ready to refill the pool. Start to finish was 2-1/2 weeks and the pool was done on time. All work was performed when scheduled by Kellie. All crews were professional, showed up on time, and cleaned up any mess they made.

We contacted Immediate pool for a remodel of our pool which had developed a large stain at the bottom. Steve came the next day for the estimate and was very forthright about what needed to be done. We decided on a aqua blue mini pebble. (I wish there was a simpler process which would allow the customer to see the final color and have different samples to choose from). We had three other bids. Immediate pool was in the middle in pricing. We wanted to keep our water tile which some other companies would not let us do, and since our pool is only six years old we were not willing to change it. Immediate Pool was also the only one of the four who agreed to our wish to insert mini tiles on stairs and pool bench. The other companies told us it would look awkward and that the edges would be jagged because of the mini pebble( Not true). The crew was great. They were on time, fast, very efficiently, with respect of property and cleaned thoroughly after each of their three interventions (1: the drilling day with removal of debris, 2: the shooting of the mini pebbles, 3: the acid wash and filling). In four days our pool was done! We are very pleased with the result and how efficient and nice they were. We would recommend them highly.

I met Steve at a house I was purchasing. I intended to do a substantial complicated pool remodel. Steve gave me all the pros and cons of what I wanted to do, with absolutely no up sell. He definitely knows is business, numbers, and what is best for the customer. Rarely do you find contractors that are completely transparent keeping their customers best interest in mind. I will refer Steve and Immediate pools to all my friends. Thanks!

Got about 6 quotes for a pool resurfacing and re-plumbing job for a large diving pool. Immediate was the second lowest quote. Didn't feel comfortable with the contractor that gave the lowest quote so we went with the next in line who did give us a good feeling. The owner of the company was the same person who came out and gave the quote. Also had some good suggestions on the pool remodel project. A lot of times I feel like contractors give suggestions to increase the size of the job but I got the feeling from this company that he gave suggestions to improve the final product. The only speed bump in an otherwise great experience is when I showed up for my appointment to pick out tile and the surface color at their office, no one was their to meet me. I had to wait around an hour before someone showed up which I did since it would have been a 30-minute ride back home. The actual construction went very smoothly. The construction schedule they gave matched up exactly with what they told me would happen. On the day they were supposed to chip the old plaster out of the pool, I came home at lunch to check on the progress and was dismayed to find no one at my house but then I was thrilled to go in the backyard and find that they had already finished what they were supposed to for the day. It's been about a year since this job was completed and we couldn't be happier with the remodeled pool. The surface is holding up great and pretty much looks the same as it did a year ago. They also redid a lot of the plumbing, did some structural repairs and installed a new efficiency pump. All aspects of the remodel were done well and are still working great today. Would highly recommend this company based on my experience.

First of all it was good to have a real person answer the phone right away. Then to have a service person call within the hour to schedule and appointment and actually feel bad that I had to wait until the next day for service. Mike was our service person and not only showed up when he said he would but 30 minutes before he arrived sent me a message he was on the way with his GPS map showing exactly where he was. So Cool!! When he arrived he found the problem within minutes and gave me the cost and options, he didn't try to talk me into something I didn't need. He even showed me how to replace 3 gaskets on my own and educated me on some things we were doing wrong when turning on our water feature. Mike and the staff at Immediate are very professional and I will call them for all my pool needs in the future.

we called to schedule an appointment for estimate, Steve was in our yard the next day. we had a quote that afternoon. all work was done quickly and cleanly within the schedule and price that we were first quoted. Steve even came back to fix parts on our filter system that were not his responsibility. our pool went from a pond to a beautiful pool, thatnks to Steve, Tricia and all the guys at Immediate Pool.

Very positive experience. Steve was very responsive in visiting our home and putting together the initial cost estimates. Then Tricia at their office was great in terms of helping pick out tile, deck color/patterns and the pool surface material. (We went with a 'mini-pebble' surface material from 'Stone Scapes' Once we signed the contract, within days the demolition started. One concern we had is this is a multi-stage construction process; involving different crews and subs. (First step: Demo the Pool, then strip the old cool decking, install the tile, lay the new decking material, then resurface the pool). We've heard horror stories where, due to a lack of coordination by the general contractor, one step may be completed then the home owner is waiting weeks for the next crew to show up. Not the case with Immediate Pools. Tricia did a great job of lining up each contractor, worked around our schedule and made sure there was very little down time. Start to finish, it was only about two weeks. They drained the pool on Feb. 5th and by Feb. 18th we were refilling the pool. And we love the finished product. The mini-pebble surface looks good and is easy on the feet. The updated tile and decking really make the back yard look great. We also replaced our old rusty white pool fence with a nice black wrought iron fence with an double wide arched gate.(DCS Pool Barriers is who we used for the new fence. Also did a great job)

I have used Immediate Pool Builders and specifically Mike for previous jobs. I consistently find him to be friendly, punctual, professional and a great find with regard to pool repairs. He is honest and has good ideas and is always open to questions. I had a pump that failed right before the Memorial Day weekend and he was able to offer services, brainstorm options to keep our pool equipment running (transferred our water feature pump) and had us hooked up and ready to go with the rebuilt motor shortly after the holiday. If we have concerns or issues with our equipment we will definitely continue to reach out to him. It is unique to find someone who is dedicated towards doing the right thing consistently and we really appreciate what he and Immediate Pool Builders have to offer. Keep up the great work.

When we called for an estimate, they were there within a couple of days and the estimate was sent via email the next day after the visit. Once we decided to have the work done, we recieved and sent back signed contract and deposit. Once the company received it, the work was scheduled. All the work was done as scheduled, the workmen were very professional and the workmanship was outstanding. We had asked for the existing tile edging to remain. We were told that if any tiles were damaged during the chipping out of the old surface, they would not be able to match or repair it. As it turned out a few tiles came loose, the workmen did in fact re-cement them back like new.

Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with how my new backyard looks. Everyone was prompt, arriving when they said they would (big points for that), and I rarely felt the pressure of an "up sell" -- I had a limited budget and Steve respected that. The crews all did a great job, started early, and worked hard. After an initial meeting, I was never uncomfortable leaving anyone to work in my yard without my being home. I did mention something about some cleanup issues once to Tricia, and the crew was back out the next day and made it right. And there's no question that they did a beautiful job. I cannot wait to go swimming! If I had any areas for improvement, it would be in communication back to me. A couple of times I took off work expecting to meet a new crew or see a new phase started, and nothing transpired. I feel that I should not have had to reach out to the office so persistently to get an idea of what was going to happen and when. Would have preferred more communication initiated by them. But that's a relatively minor complaint. And it is a busy time of year. Unfortunately, when all was said and done, I had a sewer backup issue, likely caused from a buildup of debris in the drains. To their credit, Immediate Pools sent a plumber out as soon as possible, he fixed and double-checked the problems, and communicated back to Immediate. Aside from a few days' inconvenience, it was quickly resolved with no cost to me. I'd recommend this company to anyone looking for an honest, quality job at an honest, affordable price.

Steve was incredibly nice and professional. Pool service people can be like car salesmen, but Steve was the opposite. He showed me just how well my current pool is operating and told me there was no need to spend a lot of money fixing it. He did suggest a new sand filter, but told me I could wait a few more months until I really need it, though he could have made the sale then and there. I really was impressed with his honesty and knowledge, and would definitely hire him the next time my pool needs repairs.

For the most part, everything was great. The pool is stunning and the water feature is terrific. Everything was done in stages, of course, and done in a timely manner. The men that built the water feature did an outstanding job, it couldn't be any better. We love our back yard now. The only issue is, and has not been resolved - We did add on extra items and at the end when called to use the credit card for the final payment, It was more than I thought but seemed within the ball park. I gave permission to use the card and ask for a detailed accounting of the charges, tax, etc. to be e-mailed to me. To this day I still have not received it. I have ask numerous times to have it send it to me.... I know they are really busy at this time of the year but.........I'm still waiting

We used Immediate Pools to completely redo our swimming pool and deck. This costly overhaul included 2 copper scuppers. The company did a good job and got everything done on time. However, after 3 months, the copper scuppers began oxidizing and turned blue. We tried cleaners, etc and nothing worked. We spoke with Tricia several times explaining the situation. She eventually called Metalworks, a place experienced with copper, who told her the scuppers will continue to do this because they were not sealed before installation. She said she would have Steve call us to discuss. I eventually reached Steve, who quickly became angry, stating that he has never had this problem before; but then two minutes later said, "Well, yes of course copper is going to do this!" I replied that we wouldn't have used copper had we known this would be a problem, so he instructed me to send photos and hung up. We sent the photos on two occasions, have left multiple messages and emails to discuss possible solutions, but it has been 3 months with no response.

Honest, professional & reliable. Remodeled pool interior finish, completely replaced waterfall tile, installed new perimeter tile. Fast scheduling & completion, very hard-working crew, BEAUTIFUL job - we couldn't be happier. Would hire again any time.

I called the day before then the representative, Mike, arrived and made an extra effort to pick up the pump needed to drain my pool. Mike was extremely helpful even getting my hose from my front yard to the back yard to refill my pool when it was ready. I have an ankle injury and not able to do that. He was extremely professional and helpful. I am very impressed!

We had a quick turnaround given we were selling our home and the buyer set a fast close. Mike was very professional and came out and did the repair in a timely manner and we consider a very fair process. He did most of this remotely but sent pictures via cell phone when the work was done. We would highly recommend him in the future.

I couldn't have been more pleased with the job done. I own several rental and vacation homes and deal with numerous vendors/contractors. Immediate Pools were a pleasure to work with. Steve and Tricia were very efficient and professional in handling my job. I needed the work done on a vacation rental during a short time that it was unoccupied. With short notice to Immediate Pools, they were able to squeeze my project into my tight schedule needs, and completed the job a day earlier than promised. The finished product was excellent. And all workers on the site were experienced and professional. Tricia was excellent in scheduling and following through on all aspects of the project, and communicated well with me. We used Immediate Pool to completely overhaul our (20) year old pool, pour new pebble-tec, install all new plumbing, heaters, filters and pumps as well as design a customer patio and water feature. Earlier this summer, our pool maintenance contractor which performs service weekly, indicated we were leaking a fair amount of water somewhere in the pool! I called Steve the owner from Immediate Pool Immediately ( no pun intended) and explained my concern. Steve assured me they would address the issue, find the problem and there was no need to worry about any warranty - it would be repaired at his expense. Immediate Pool quickly had a 3rd party company come to our house and test for all possible leaks. After several hours, the contractor identified there was a leak in the wiring harness for the new pool light which we had installed. Immediate Pool was prompt to hiring a vendor who specializes in this type of repair so we would not have to drain our entire pool and now the problem is solved! I have referred Immediate Pool to several neighbors as well as used them for another remodel job for a condo development in Fountain Hills. There are a lot of pool companies to choose from in this area - using Angies List helped us find a quality and qualified pool company in Immediate Pool- we couldn't be more pleased. Everything was just fantastic!!! All started with a visit from Steve. There was no doubt he knew exactly what he was doing. Estimate came in when promised. Then we started working with Trisha....OMG how great was that. She answered all of our questions and returned calls as promised. My wife and I visited their design center and were amazed at how knowledgeable Trisha was. She assisted us in picking out our time and deck colors and answered everything. When we finished, she sent us a timeline for the repairs just as promised. When the day came to start the construction, the crew showed up and immediately began work. They took the appropriate amount of time to ensure everything was protected and then the dust flew. Once the dust settled down, we were shown the tile for a final approval and the work continues. Next day, crew shows up and again they attacked the decks and the dust flew. Again, everything protected before work began. Next day, before starting to stain the deck, we were shown the color for final approval. End result is an absolutely beautiful tiled waterline and a beautiful newly refinished deck. All the colors coordinated and all was cleaned up before they crews left. What a wonderful experience!!! Couldn't have asked for a better job and better people to do business with. I had recieved quite a few quotes and some higher and lower than Steve's bid owner of Immediate Pool, but it wasn't until I met with George his designer did I feel a connection and a sense of him knowing what I was trying to achieve. He drew me a sketch and talked me through all stages of work. George also met with me at a couple of different jobs he had done or was currently working on. That is when I decided to go with this company the home owners couldn't say enough good things about him. They stayed on time cleaned up everyday until the job was completed. My husband and I are extremely happy with the result and I would highly recommend them.

Our pool filter motor was replaced.

They were great. They delivered on what they said they would. I would highly recommend them.
