Immediate Pool Builders would like to extend a sincere apology to the customer in regards to his inquiry regarding his cool decking. We did communicate with him and had a problem getting an estimator to his area in the time he requested and it is company policy that the homeowner be present when we go on the property to do our measurements, this is for the safety of our staff. After we realized that we could not get to the area within the scheduled time (I fell ill and was out of the office for a week), I personally called the customer and talked to him regarding the small portion of cool decking that he wanted redone/repaired. I informed him that we do not repair cool deck, we would have to completely refinish and scarify the deck with a different type of material and provided him a fair estimate to do the work. The customer did not want to refinish his deck with the material we use, he wanted repair only. We ended the conversation on a friendly note and he seemed satisfied.
