 + -1 moreGreat professional. Came out pretty quickly and was able to get my laptop and daughter's up and running again. He was able to get the viruses removed and back up all my important data. Computer is running faster and smoother. I am not leaving my house in this crazy weather! Rob is also coming back tomorrow to fix my daughter's iphone. She dropped it and cracked the screen. Convenient and very reasonably priced.
Description of Work: Provider came to my home to fix both of my laptops, removed the viruses, and backed up my data.
