Terrible - wouldn't service a very clean house because of so called pet stains that had already been treated and cleaned on a prior visit. Left us without service on day of house listing and yelled at me when requesting a refund.

They did a great job getting our carpets to look like new. I had them also scotchgard as they suggested.

Went well - we have a "pathway" that's always a problem for cleaners. Extra service was required (pre-conditioning treatment) with good results. Patrick was conscientious both in cleaning and keeping us informed as to arrival time etc.

Very well. Stains ranging from ink to wine to unknown were removed. Nearly 2500 sq ft of carpet was cleaned in 2 hours. Patrick was on-time and professional.

Excellent. They were on time and did a great job cleaning the carpet. They also specially sent out my delicate hand made rug to have it cleaned, including delivery back to my house. I was late and the employee was very nice to wait for me, I really appreciated it, I don't have his name but would like to recognize him for his excellent customer service and skills. The cleaning of three rooms was $99 on special and the rug cleaning was a bit pricey at $175, but it was delicate and worth it.

Patrick was professional and called when he was on his way and did a quick and thorough job. Took less than 45 minutes and the bedrooms smelled fresh. We used the 119 Angie's list deal for the 3 bedrooms and had them apply scotch guard at an additional cost.

Very professional. He did UV light inspection and found badly soiled parts and worked **** ** those. Overall, very satisfied.

Really great. Patrik showed up on time, was friendly and understanding of a contractor in the house that was off schedule. GADI was very professional and he promised me to come at 8 am and he was here on time. The carpet was cleaned and he even cleaned the tiles for us in the kitchen and the bathroom also. I will every time call hydrocare for my carpet service and and tile cleaning work. Very very reasonably priced and and very good job. Gadi promised me he would personally come to do the job and he came. Man of his words. I recommend every one to use hydrocare service for there carpet cleaning title and grout work.

hydrocare services did an amazing job on cleaning my dog mess i was considering on replacing my carpets but they tech said he can save it with pet stains removal treatment i decided to give it a try and i couldnt be happier my carpets look close to a brand new condition and they smell great .
