HP Tile

Henry Palma (the owner) came out to give me an estimate. I could tell the way he was acting that he probably wouldn't get back to me with a price and that is exactly what he did! He didn't measure anything and when I asked if he was going to measure, he said they have a standard price AND he had to see what his guys were going to charge him. I asked if he was using subcontractors (which I won't use) and he said no but his answers and actions didn't make any sense. He said he was booked about 3 weeks out and I said that was OK. He said he would fax me the quote the next day and I never heard from him again.

We called Henry and he answered the phone and came out the next day to give me an estimate. The job was done within 2 weeks. Can't say enough good about Henry and his crew.

Henry was on time for our first meeting to give an estimate. He asked questions about transitions into other rooms and gave me creative advise. He was able to schedule me within the next week and then picked up the tile for me and arrived early on our install date. He had two tile layers with him who were very polite and hard working. They carefully moved the furniture out of the way and worked quietly, cleanly and efficiently. I could not get over some of the accurate cuts made in the tile to go around corners and curves. I felt very comfortable leaving them in my home. I was extremely pleased with the creativity in the transition threshold to another room with tile and the front entryway. They went above and beyond my expectations. I felt there was normal amount of waste, and was prepared to pay for the entryway addition, but was given to us at no charge. They did a superb job of cleaning up. I asked for estimates to do my two bathrooms upstairs! Again, beyond reasonable prices!
