Howard Air

This was in my other house before I moved.

Every experience I have had with Howard Air has been exemplary.

The workers were very good. That's why I use them. They left the area clean.

They did an exceptional job. They had a great reputation and were very responsive to what we needed.

They were prompt, professional and explained the service they were providing. It was just a service but they went step by step on what they were doing. I appreciated no up-sells.

They did a good job. They wrote up everything for me so I was able to provide it to the servicer that came out for the home warranty company and that made it a lot easier and it was great.

I was just looking for a deal and I found one on Angie’s List. They did a good job there and they have always done a good job. I have used them ever since I had the heat pump put in, which had to be about 3 years. I had a 2 stage Trane unit put in. I had them come out and give me an estimate. They had to do a few things, because the house was wasn’t up to code. They fixed everything that had to be put up to code and I have used them ever since.

Dennis, the Howard Air technician, was very thorough and knowledgable. Dennis explained the inspection of my air conditioner in detail and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend Dennis and Howard Air.

Great...average mothly electrical bill savings about $100.00

Wayne was on time .......always friendly, quick and professional. Solved the problem of quieting our condensate pump which ran every 2 minutes and sounded like we had a lion in the hall closet! Was driving me crazy....it was so loud and was embarrassing when we had company over because you could hear it over any noise. Wayne took a look at it, figured out what was wrong and why it was running so often. He came back today with parts not only fix it but installed a top over the box around the pump so that we couldn't hear it. What a difference!! I can't believe it.. .... Wayne is a gem! Hope he stays with Howard Air for a long time!! He deserves a Bonus! He is my hero, that's for sure!

Scott was very professional on his quote. He plugged the floor plan, windows, and air vents into his computer and it told him what unit was best for the house (other sales reps seemed to guess and use paper charts with SF = A/C unit). The installation team was right on time, they got to work immediately and finished on time! Everything works great! I highly recommend Howard Air to everyone who needs a new install.

They were prompt and did an outstanding job at a price much lower than other air conditioner companies would have charged. Never had another issue after they did their repair.

There was no problem with the coolant so no additional work was required.

It could not have been better from start to finish. I had 3 bids including one from Costco and Howard Air was the best price (including all rebates and bonus cards from Costco). The Sales person from Howard Air was the most thorough with the initial inspection as well. I also do my homework and Howard Air had an almost immaculate record with the BBB and the AZ contractor’s web site. That was NOT the case from the Costco installers who had a lot of complaints (albeit most were resolved I don’t understand why it would have to get to a point that a complaint has to go to the BBB or the AZ contractors site to be rectified). The install went flawlessly. The installer, crane etc. were all on time and were very courteous. There was appropriate follow up too. I have used them for the P/M on the units with equal satisfaction.
