Daniel was great and gave us a thorough explanation of the unit's condition and needs. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I loved that he put shoe covers on when entering my home especially since I had just had my carpets cleaned!

My experience has been great. They will be coming soon to do the spring air conditioning check and they come in September or October, whatever fits my schedule, to work on the heater. I have one guy that I ask for all the time and they send him down. The reason I ask for him is because he knows where everything is, I don't have to walk around showing him where things are. They are very good, responsive and they do a good job -- better than some guys I have had in the past. We buy, like, a yearly contract for the two maintenance calls. Their quality is very good.

David arrived on time, actually early, and performed the check-up in a very professional manner. He clearly explained each step, and when the service was completed, went over the charges on the invoice to ensure a complete understanding.

I love the professionalism. We had the same tech out for both visits. He provided pictures of what was going on and how he would correct the issue. He had everything he need on the truck and showed us the after pictures. He was very honest about the condition of the units. He could have easily told us all these things that need to be repaired (like others) but instead said these items will need attention in the future. It gives us a chance to plan. The office staff and phone folks keep you informed when the tech is going to arrive and then you get a call when they are on route to your location. Love these guys! The cost represent the repair and summer service.

They are good quality work. The workers are just fine. We like that they put the booties on their feet.

They do a check-up Spring and Fall. I'm under a service contract that I paid a set price for 3 years. They've been great. We had a whole new system, which I did a review for that. They put the system in. I think they're a little higher priced than some. They're professional. It takes them probably only about a half an hour to service the system. The workers are great. They're punctual and they do it right.

They were on time, very communicative and price was good. We will used them again.

Very Good - an outstanding company!

It was done very well, all duct work connected, new thermostat and other units removed and openings sealed up.

Their technician did a fine job. No complaints.

They are wonderful. They are easy to schedule with and they schedule early, they schedule later afternoon and they call you when they are on their way. They come in and they put sleeves on their shoes.

The repairs are done at the time of service. This time, we had to order a compressor which is very expensive so we are waiting on the part to arrive.

Fine...he suggested an ac Condensate safety switch. I will have it installed asap.

From the sales consultation to the new AC unit install, to all the servicing after the fact, Howard Air has been great to work with. My unit died in the middle of the summer and couldn't get scheduled for a new install for 2-weeks, but they worked for 4 hours to get my old unit working until my new one could be installed.

Bruce was fantastic! Penguin air claimed the unit wasn't able to be fixed and pressured me into getting a whole new AC unit, but I got a second opinion from Howard. That was the best thing I could have done because what was going to cost me $6,000 ended up running less than $400!

Superb experience from beginning to end. Ted was extremely thorough and explained everything to us in detail when he assessed our needs. He even took videos in our attic to show us what needed to be done there to ensure that the new systems performed at maximum efficiency. The morning of the installation, four vehicles showed up with everything needed and the crew was efficient and very professional at all times. With something as costly as a new heating and A/C system, it pays to do your research and find the best company. We're very pleased that we found Howard Air and highly recommend them.
