We discovered the system on the roof did not have a condensation line directing water off your roof as it creates condensation. This could have created roof issues due to water collecting, that no one wants to deal with. Many homes in the valley have new systems installed daily and proper installation is unfortunately not always a priority. I used Howard Air
Description of Work: They performed the maintainer that we purchased. Plus when we called a month later with a concern they schedule a service call at no charge. We then realized that we just didn't understand our new heat pumps the person taking calls on Saturday spent about 15 min explaining it to me. I would definitely use them again

Description of Work: "Replaced A/C compressor and necessary parts. Gave only a 1 yr warranty as I could not afford to replace entire unit (at min of 7500. Unit runs noisy compared to old unit prior to it beginning to die. They came out a assured me nothing was wrong. Will watch calender closely to ensure that I don't have defective unit. As a life long DIYer and knowing next to nothing about A/C, I am and always will be skeptical of work done on my A/C!! | | "

Simply great.
Description of Work: Provided 2nd opinion when compressor quit working. First company said 2 parts needed to be replaced at a cist of 700. Howard sent a tech out the same day on short notice and repaired the problem for the grand total of $78.40
