Description of Work: Service person checked and cleaned the exterior unit and also went into the attic of the garage and checked the air handler. He performed a drain check on the catch pan under the handler and all went well. Very satisfied with the performance of the service person and his employer. They did a great job. Well worth the price.

Description of Work: I used an Angie's List coupon for this servicing. It's hard to find a really good (and honest) AC company in AZ and I have been looking for one I can trust for a few years now. This was my way of conducting an informal interview. This company passed with flying colors. The technician worked on both our units, made sure they were summer-worthy and made some recommendations. He recommended exactly what I thought he should. Other companies have tried to sell me on contractual services or have tried to scare me into buying brand new units. This technician just said to start thinking about replacing our oldest unit, which is 17 years old. Everyone I spoke to at this company (scheduler, reminder caller and technician) were very courteous and easy-going. I would recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: Denis from Howard came out and serviced two AC units. He also did a "101" for us on how to use the three thermostats in the home - we had come from Colorado recently and didn't need or use AC there. | |Denis went out of his way to explain things to us. He was patient and professional. He also went in the attic to check things there as well. We will definitely use Howard Air in the future and we will review and consider the ongoing Service Plan options that Denis went over with us.

Great all around
Description of Work: Removed two existing units and replaced with high end Trane system. Duct work was totally reworked to optimize air flow. Brian Knoblock, sales advisor worked to give us the best pricing and made certain that any issues were promptly addressed. Gary and Jeff were the installers and were prompt and knew their trade well. Overall we are very happy with the service we received.
