Description of Work: The staff from Howard Air reinstalled our A/C system - which had been botched by prior owner or his vendor. They arrived on time, spent the hours needed to accurately complete the job, and took the time to explain to us how we could maximize the effectiveness of our system. I would highly recommend them (even though I wish they had been a little less expensive.) The staff was professional, informative, and friendly.

Gas furnaces located in attics are always a scary scenario for homeowners and when they are not installed correctly, safety can be a concern. Description of Work: It was a deal $98 for a summer A/C tune-up. They sent a rookie out who did not know what he was doing. They ended up charging me an extra $600. It did not work out well and they gave me my money back.

Description of Work: The coil went out on our A/C and we contacted a large A/C company in the Phoenix area. They told us they would have to order the part and there was nothing they could do to get our A/C working. The part was going to take 3 weeks for delivery. We contacted Howard Air and they confirmed the part would take three weeks but had a temporary fix to get our A/C working until the part came in. The total cost was less than the first company who we had called. We would definitely recommend Howard Air.
