Good we had to wait until Tues. because of the holiday but they came when we asked.

The technician was prompt, friendly and very thorough. He discovered a fixable problem and got our unit working again. He was up front and open about future issues that could possibly arise. He was not pushing to sell a unit, but seemed more like he was trying to make us educated consumers. Will definitely be calling them again for any future needs.

Outstanding service and followup. Made sure everything was to our satisfaction and did many followups to ensure continued pleasure with our new system.

Well. A temp-cool was installed until delivery and installation about three weeks later, June 2015.

I would like to start out and say Ted was one heck of a sales man but as soon as i signed a contract it went down hill from there He told me he would be there on the install day to make sure everything went well and he was not. I looked passed this and just wanted my new ac unit which i found out later i over paid for by allot installed and working like we agreed. I even paid for a extra duct to be installed in my office where i work everyday to make sure it stayed cool it took Howard air a total of 4 times of coming out before they installed the new vent that should've been installed when they put my new AC unit on but every tech had there own opinion of why i didn't need it or they were lazy and didn't wanna install it. So after the new vent was installed it was installed right next to my downstair vent and now the downstairs is not cooling properly they thought it was the thermostat and replaced that and then installed a deflector which helped a little but still isn't right. About one month after my unit was installed when it starts up it makes a loud clunk so loud my dogs bark this is a 10k dual stage unit i shouldn't be having issues on a month after its installed. They damaged my brand new hardwood floors which they did pay to fix.Howard air did offer a free air purifier and new vents to try to help with the air flow in the house which was very nice of them but working with them became a full time job even my neighbors said to me well i know what Ac company i won't be going with just by seeing there service vehicles at my house once a week. If i didn't work from home i don't know how anyone could have worked with howard air I decided to get my new unit before summer hit and it pretty much took them all summer to get things some what straightened out but still I'm not happy and would never recommend them to anyone after the experience i had I was overcharged for the unit and the quality of service and frequency of service calls i had to schedule.

Howard Air communicated when they were going to arrive. Tuned up the machines, looked for leaks, cleaned the coils, everything was within specs. Service went good.

He was a bit late in arriving however the office called to advise of the delay so we were fine. The tech worked efficiently and was very professional. We are very happy with Howard Air and will definitely use them again.

Went very well. The technician provided pictures of the areas of concern, but also confirmed that part or system replacement isn't required now, and he provided advice to extend life of system.

It's been good. They were fantastic. They have been one of my favorite vendors. All around, they were great.

Everything went very smoothly and professionally. Making the appointment was easy and the phone personnel were very friendly. The service technician (Denis) was on time and very professional and thorough. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why and even offered a couple of suggestions that would save me money in the long run. A little rocky, but excellent performance overall. I have used Howard Air for the past couple of years for maintenance of my AC/heating systems, and they have always been excellent. This year I called them when it was time to replace my two AC systems. I think Howard Air is the best service company I have encountered in my 13 years here in AZ. They are supremely professional, caring, and know what they're doing. I recommend them without reservation.
