Description of Work: Brian provided a bid to replace our 3 ton heat pump unit. He was knowledgeable, professional and represented Howard Air very well. Unfortunately, his bid for the work was the highest, and he couldn't adjust the price to be more competitive, so we decided to go with another company.

Description of Work: Pre-season inspection. Found faulty switch, replaced switch. As always, they were punctual, professional, thorough and took the time to explain all repairs.

Description of Work: Completed AC tuneup. Found A Pack Rat nest in the compressor unit. Cleaned out nest and rat proofed unit. |Howard AC kept me informed as to my appointment and timing. Mike (Technician) was on time and very professional. Howard AC even had pictures of my last checkup and a possible problem follow up. Turned out there was no problem and the AC unit was fine. Would highly recommend Howard AC.

Description of Work: Seasonal check of HVAC and replacement of compressor run capacitor with a Turbo dual run capacitor (expensive, but higher quality and with a warranty). The capacitor which failed usually lasted about one cooling season. Previous contractors (this was my first experience with Howard Air) never informed me of a higher quality, longer lasting option, and always replaced compressor run capacitor with a capacitor that would fail after one cooling season.
