Description of Work: I purchased a deal for $98. They found something in the attic that could have been improved as far as its location, so they moved it. I paid about $150 for the extra work.

Description of Work: They fixed the clog I had and resecured the insulation tht came undone. Basically saved my ac.

Description of Work: We needed a new motor for our air conditioner. It was covered by a warranty from a previous purchase of a motor in November by this same company. They honored the warranty. Also they showed up on time for both appointments and were knowledgable and professional.

Description of Work: I had originally had Howard Air come out for an inspection with a coupon I purchased through Angies List. He showed up on time and at the end went over every issue including pictures. He was very honest and basically suggested I work with a comfort specialist on replacing our 2 systems, same thing two other companies had suggested as well. We knew it was time to replace instead of spending money every couple months and fixing them. A comfort specialist was out the next day and spent several hours fitting our home with the proper equipment. Install took a whole day like planned but never did they seem rushed, they took their time to make sure everything was correct and to my liking. The install included extending out current pad outside, cutting a larger hole in attic and redoing upstairs duct work. They were very polite, personable, and did a great job cleaning up everything when done! They also acknowledged that I had a baby trying to nap and did everything they could to keep house cool and quiet when possible. Every person I dealt with was professional. I have already and will continue to recommend them.
