Description of Work: Service man came out very quickly without some attempt to up charge on a Saturday. Very knowledgeable it seemed with electrical issues and isolated our problem to the thermostat. Good experience!

Description of Work: I interviewed 6 companies. The finalists were Howard Air and another Angie's List top rated company. Steve K was the main contact and he was excellent. I was lucky in that I had two outstanding companies to choose from. Ultimately I chose the other company - but I would certainly say you can't go wrong with Howard. It was a real pleasure meeting Steve K.

Description of Work: Arrived on time. Very courteous and professional. Went right to work. As part of the inspection/tune up, found a small issue and fixed it (did not charge for it). I am happy with the service and will definitely call Howard Air next time I need AC service.
