Description of Work: A bought a deal from Howard are for a diagnostic because the gas heat would not work on my HVAC system. I had previously attempted to diagnose the issue myself, and after a lot of research I determined that the circuit board needed replaced, so I ordered on online and swapped out the old with the new. Unfortunately, after I did this the heat still did not work, and this is when I got in touch with Howard Air. A technician was sent out that very day, and I explained to him my ordeal and the work I had previously done. After he was in my attic for about 15 minutes, he returned to tell me that I had properly diagnosed and fixed the problem previously, but I did not reset a safety valve on the other side of the unit. After having a good laugh about it, he showed me were the valve was located in case I wanted to service the unit again myself. The technician was extremely helpful, polite, and professional. I would definitely use Howard Air again if I run into any other problems that require more expertise than I current have. THANK YOU HOWARD AIR!
