+ -1 moreThey don't get a good rating at all. The sheets and linens were stained with things you don't want to know about. The towels were grey when they were supposed to be white. The swimming pool is green and nobody is going in it. The overall experience and quality of service are poor. They are responsive, punctual, and professional. They are very nice. I would not use this provider again.
