Signed contract mid August 2007. No deposit or payments and no interest charged for 6 months. Called end of Sept. and said all materials had been ordered. Would take 6-8 weeks to receive materials and would not start job until all materials received. Started end of Nov., 2007. Worked steadily but did not order tile paneling I requested as they claimed it wasn't their product. Had to show Internet showed they did carry it, and after I found where to get it they did get it. Ordered wrong sink, tub faucet, and toilet. After much arguing, finally replaced with correct items. However, lst sink replacement came damaged. Completed job so could use in mid Jan. 2008. Didn't finish until mid March, only after I called corporate office. Project manager was Jasen and not organized or knowledgeable at all. Installer was great! Result is beautiful. Not sure if would use again due to incorrect ordering and slow completion of job.
Description of Work: Total remodel of bathroom. Sunken tub removed and new Jacuzzi tub placed in another part of the room. Replaced toilet sink, floor, walls, installed 3 new towel bars, 2 grab bars, cup and soap holder, granite around tub area. Built a closet. Installed tile paneling on walls in rest of room. New shower installed. New plumbing and electrical. Lights above tub and above sink in light bar and ceiling. Installed 3 new cabinets including above toilet, near tub and above sink. Installed bifold doors on closet; painted ceiling. Replaced floor with new ceramic tile.

They did a very good job because they came out when they said they would and they got the new unit installed. I think the price was good even though I don't know what was done. Overall they did a good job.
Description of Work: They installed a new mini-split a/c unit in my home. It took them about 6 hours and I did purchase the unit from them. It is a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home.

THE EMPLOYEES OF HOME DEPOT WERE VERY HELPFUL WHEN ORDERING THE DOOR AND HELPING TO UNDERSTAND EXACTLY WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE IN ORDER TO MAKE THE CAR PORT INTO A GARAGE. THE PRICES WERE CHEAPER THAN GARAGE DOOR COMPANIES. THE SERVICE MAN WHO INSTALLED THE DOOR WAS VERY FAST AND PROFESSIONAL.
Description of Work: HOME DEPOT'S SERVICE CENTER CAME IN AND INSTALLED A GARAGE DOOR INTO OUR CAR PORT AREA. MATERIAL WAS ADDED TO THE SIDES OF THE PORT TO FIT THE DOOR IN.
