Description of Work: I called Hobaica to schedule a Seville call for our A/C unit. It is not working. They open per their site at 7a.m. So I called at 7:10 am. I got their answering machine that said they were helping another customer and to leave my name and number and they would call me back. So I did. I expected within a few minutes. An hour went by and I started wondering.... It is now 11:40 am and 4 hours later no call. So I called another of Angie's list recommended companies. They not only answered their phone but will be here between 2 to 5 today. KEZ used to advertise them and then when I saw them on Angie's list I thought awesome. Nope! Never will I call them again. Customers keep you in business and if there is a problem at least return your phone calls and let customers know.

Description of Work: I had blown insulation and rolled insulation replaced in the ceiling of my 25 year old, 2,000 sq. ft. home. This was done after an SRP energy audit. Hobaica sent a person from Advantage Home Performance out to go over the work to be done. They went into the attic and took pictures after using a piece of equipment that showed where I was loosing heat. The work was done on time, everything was cleaned up, and pictures were taken after to show what was done. I felt Hobaica and Home Advantage Performance were honest and did a thorough job. I would absolutely hire them again. Oh, and my house has stayed toasty warm over the winter!

 + -1 moreEverything went really well. The price was very high, however. I was happy with their professionalism and prompt attention, but the price was double what everyone else was offering. The estimate for the second job was also double what other companies were charging again. The service call was free, but the price was outrageous.
Description of Work: Put in a new transformer. They came out a second time with another estimate for a second job.

 + -1 moreOur A/C went out at 3:30 on a Friday afternoon. Since Hobaica had performed our A/C check in May as part of SRP's AC check program, I called them for help. They went above the call of duty and made it all the way out to our house in Pinal County before 6 on the same day. All this work was done on a hot, humid Arizona evening! The tech was very personable and professional.
Description of Work: Hobaica found a coil which had to be replaced, and the freon needed replacing.
