Very good proactive maintenance as well as recommendations on how to better care for our systems.

As always with Hobaica on both my home and my business's hvacs, they are quick to respond and schedule work, always polite, expert and explain any work needed thoroughly as well as being neat and professional. My problem was completely resolved with that one visit.

Raud (sales) thoroughly explained our options and assessed our current systems. Angel, Jose, and Gerardo removed the old units, installed the new units, and improved the ductwork. They took the time to explain the operation of our new wifi thermostats. The work site was spotless when they left. A quality control technician will be back within a few weeks for an inspection and any necessary tweaks to the ductwork dampers. This wasn't the lowest quote but seemed to be the best value based on their reputation.

Technician was friendly and courteous throughout the visit, suffering through heat, my squawking birds, and a long work day on a Saturday. He also answered my questions thoughtfully, honestly, and completely without any noticeable "dumbing down" of the answers to a novice customer. I felt like I was in good hands and was content with the results, not minding the repair costs of the failing components he discovered.

Perfect. Tom Hayes was the service rep, he quickly discovered the source of the noise and then serviced unit in advance of us leaving AZ for the summer. Installed a new air filter, filled out all the paperwork with a computer, emailed us the paperwork and was on his way. I called on Friday afternoon about 2pm so I was not sure we would get service before the weekend. The person scheduling set up a time between 3 and 7pm and Tom was here by 6pm. I gather Hobaica is able to make service calls just about any hour or day.

Performed a thorough check of the system. Helped evaluate a ducting/air flow issue and made recommendations for resolution. The service technician is a thorough professional and pleasant to be with.

I was having an issue with my thermostat not kicking my furnace on -- not so great during this cold AZ winter. I called Hobaica Services based off of positive reviews on Angie's List and their diagnostic coupon. I received a prompt response from them, and they were able to set me up for an appointment between 8-12 on my first available day. The technician, Eric C., called me at 8 AM and said he was on his way, got there at 8:15 (when was the last time a service call responder arrived within the allotted time, let alone right at the beginning?). Eric was very knowledgeable, spent an appropriate amount of time researching the issue and was able to fix the issue within the parameters of the diagnostic coupon without additional repair costs. He even wiped down the attic ceiling cover in the hallway before he left. I was really very impressed with the overall service and quality of Hobaica and will most definitely use them again for any future furnace/AC issues or routine maintenance.

The tech, Binh Tran, was very professional, knowledgeable, could explain the issue with clarity, was helpful with an unrelated issue. He took his time to provide excellent service. Last year he fixed my AC after another company sent 4 different techs who were unable to do so and wanted to charge me a great deal of money. Hobaica is fair, efficient, and very professional. I highly recommend them.

Another provider had come out recently about this issue, left saying it was fixed. With colder weather now, we've been using both units for heat, but only one was working. The former company wanted another steep service call to come back out, so we called Hobaica instead. They came out the same day, identified the problem missed by the other company, fixed it, and explained it well to us. We will definitely use them again.

I have Hobaica maintain both my home and office air conditioners bi-annually and whenever there is an issue at other times. It's only $11.95/month for my home and it keeps everything working perfectly. I've had "emergencies" in the past with my a.c. unit failing in August on the weekend and thankfully they had a new one installed that Monday morning. A similar experience happened with my office unit a few years ago. Everyone I have contact with at this family owned company is friendly and very professional from Tina and other office personnel to all of their service specialists who come to maintain and repair the units to the management helping me get new units quickly that were appropriate for my needs. I have honestly never had a less than excellent experience with this business.

Harold performed a thorough check up/inspection of both of our hvac units, which are very old. We have only been in this house for one year so we did not have a lot of information about the units. Harold was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. We appreciated all the info he provided and his attention to detail. After having bad experiences with the a/c company that the home warranty company sent to service our systems in the last year, it was so nice to have a professional like Harold who we felt we could trust. We will be calling Hobaica again for service and/or to replace our units.

I was able to get a service date quickly. Due to earlier calls running long, serviceman arrived very late - well past the window promise. However, I was given updates and several options to reschedule if I wanted, so this wasn't an issue. The serviceman was very professional, very polite and helpful. I have always chosen Hobaica as my preferred AC service provider.

Beautifully. They called about 2 hours before opening of window for appointment to let me know they had a cancellation and could come in am if it worked for me, in fact right then. I arrived at house from errand the same time serviceman did. Juan was quite friendly and professional. Having used their service before I quickly ran through where the various access points he would need are: access to blower, AC condensor, and thermostat. It was the cool rainy day we were blessed with so it got pretty chilly when the AC came on (I had windows open to enjoy the weather). Juan was done in less than 30 minutes I am sure. All their servicemen that I've met have been friendly, punctual and professional.

Brandon was very pleasant & extremely polite & professional. He spent a considerable amount of time outside checking my air conditioner. The sprinklers came on & he was completely soaked, but Brandon never complained! He provided detailed answers to all of my questions & his explanations made sense. He had finished his assessment of my air conditioning system & was preparing my invoice when I asked him if he would mind checking the furnace. Not a problem! Customer service seems to be a priority with Hobaica & I would definitely use them in the future. I was able to use an Angie's List coupon to obtain a discount . Great experience all around!

We had Brandon Edgington come to the house. He was respectful, courteous, knowledgeable and patient. He told me what he was looking for and how the different parts of the system were behaving. It was an excellent service call! Ask for Brandon!

Justin was honest, thorough, and very knowledgeable about the services I need. He set up a free quote appointment for Monday afternoon so that I will be able to know exactly how much I am looking at to replace my A/C system.

Excellent! We have been with them for years. When they come and check the system we only get charged for parts or filters. They are very professional and on time. They are reasonably priced and reliable. I like that they call and remind us it is time for service and it is not just one call because if I don't call back then they will call again.

It was awesome! There is nothing I don't like about Hobaica. Their quotes are never beaten. Their service providers are always professional, courteous, and kind. The work is always excellent. I have 3 friends bring wine this summer because their air conditioners went out in July. I told them to call Hobaica. They called Hobaica and within 2 days had air conditioning again. It gets to be 120 degrees here. I have steak dinners and wine simply by making a good recommendation. I love Hobaica.
