Description of Work: The previous technician had improperly installed a new thermostat in June, and the furnace therefore did not work. The new technician recognized the problem immediately, and there was no charge for the visit.

Description of Work: So far we have only had the initial services from Hobaica. They explained everything we needed to know about our 10yr old A/C and our 35yr old house. Options regarding purchasing a new A/C or keeping the existing one were discussed thoroughly. There was no pushy sales pitch, in fact, they explained that making a few repairs in the attic would allow our current A/C to not have to work so hard to cool down the house and extend the life of our A/C, which is an Amana that has a life of 12 to 15 years. When the time comes to buy a new A/C we will be buying one from Hobaica. So at the moment we are feeling confident that they can give us the service we need and at a price that we can afford.
