My experience with them was awful. It was suppose to be a 2 1/2 hour cleaning. The first was $30 and after 2 hours they charge you I think 15 hours like half an hour. So, the total is $75. The first that I talked to on the phone, I was really specific that I wanted to get a cleaning for the bathroom and for the windows and I explained to the person that I bought this place and there was a renter and he left. So, it's going to be clean, but I wanted the specific places to be clean. It turned out that they sent me a new person who hadn't cleaned before and they misinformed her so she brought the vacuum cleaner and mops and stuff which I specifically said that is not what I am looking for. So, she stands maybe an hour and 45 minutes on the shower just cleaning one bathroom. In the end she kind of rushed the rest and even with the bathroom that she cleaned she didn't cleaned everything. So, I didn't know what she did for that long. She also accidentally broke my flush. So, now I have to get it fixed. They were expensive. They were punctual.

She and her co-workers do a great job. They are friendly. They are very trustworthy. We never had a problem. We are never worried about things getting stolen or anything like that. I’m using other services where people come to you with lots of problem. We trust them absolutely. I don’t have any complains. I would use her in the future.
