 + -1 moreExcellent. They arrived on time and were professional and courteous. The job was finished in a timely manner. After they completed the job, I was trying to figure out where the previous owners had purchased the exterior door handles, as I wanted to match them for a gate we had installed. I called Hicks to ask them what type of hardware I needed to get for the installation and they took the time to offer some suggestions regarding where I might find the door handle in question. Their suggestion was perfect - I found the exact handle I was looking for!
Description of Work: Hicks replaced all exterior door locks on a home we recently purchased (there are quite a few exterior doors)
