stucco
+ -1 moreExperience went very well. They primed first and then stuccoed. The primer was white and the stucco was Navajo White. In the harsh sun in the afternoon, they missed a couple of spots on my porch and I called them back (after they had been paid) to come and touch up and they did without any issue for free. It doesn't exactly look like a brand new stucco job up close but from a distance it does. Also the white on the interior of my porch where it was touched up seems a little whiter than the older portions but I think it is because the older portions are dirty white and the newer stucco is "cleaner." I think it can be mitigated if I clean the porch walls more and there was nothing more they could do to improve the age unless I wanted to entirely restucco. Overall, I got a quality repair job at a very reasonable price and have been very satisfied. When it is time to replace the stucco entirely I am calling Hermont's again for a quote.
Description of Work: I have elastic stucco which can be hard to make look good if a professional does not do it. I know because we tried ourselves trying to patch up a few cracks. When we relandscaped our front yard there was a catclaw vine that grew into part of our front that made the wall look terrible when we took it down (Catclaw grows into stucco). I asked several contractors about fixing it and a lot didn't know how but when I called for Hermont's Construction to come out and take a look, it was no big deal for them and they fixed the repairs within a couple of days. My neighbors even commented on how quick and good a job they did.
