Description of Work: Was having trouble with several exterior lights - a bit fickle. He got them back on track and haven't been a problem since. He installed exterior outlet.

Description of Work: Basically my contact only involved an estimate.They came by and provided me an estimate on doing a pre-hung door installation. Prior to the day they were going to do the job they let me know they would be unable to do it at that time due to a sudden illness. Since they weren't able to provide the service due to that unforeseen illness they referred me to someone who completed my door installation in a timely and professional manner. I appreciated the fact that they helped me get my door installed to my satisfaction.

 + -1 moreAs usual (I call Larry for everything), he was prompt, efficient, and did a great job. Now my house has that great springtime smell of new cooler pads. If you grew up in Phoenix, you know the smell I'm talking about.
Description of Work: Larry prepped my Mastercool cooler and a regular evap cooler on my guest house.

Sometimes we make an appointment for a future date, but if its an emergency (like the time I broke a pipe pushing my trash can into place as I was leaving for work, thereby creating something like Niagara Falls), he can arrive with lightning speed. His prices are great and he does a professional job every time. I've recommended him to many family members and friends. Y

 + -1 more1. He seemed very put out the toilet repair required him to leave and get a part. 2. He placed a rag around and in one of the holes (this one under the kitchen sink) and declared that done and ignored all the other ones. (The handyman that I subsequently hired to do this used metal plates on all of the areas.) 3. Instead of doing what I asked him to do with the bathroom sink, he took it upon himself to use a snake to clear out the pipe, resulting in a hole in the pipe and then damage to another pipe in his attempt to replace the first pipe. At this point he said he had to leave and would return the next morning. He left the sink in the bath tub. He worked for two hours the next morning to fix his mess, literally slinking out of the house muttering that he couldn't fix it, saying there would be no charge, and leaving the sink precariously placed on the pedestal and the floor wet and filthy. The plumber I hired to fix this charged $364.41. I wrote two letters, the last in April 2011, to Mr, Hempen asking for reeimbursement but I have yet to hear from him.
Description of Work: I asked Larry Hempen of Hempen's Honey Do's to do three things: 1.fix a toilet; 2. seal up holes around pipes, etc that the exterminator recommended I do to prevent mice from entering; and 3.take the stopper out of a bathroom sink so that I could clean it, something I told him I had done before but couldn't seem to get it out again).
